We have used Lanes rentals for the last 23 years since 1999. I think that this period of time speaks for itself!
Lanes have always dealt with any issues and problems with no hassle for us – we lived in New Zealand for some of this time. What I really like is that we have dealt with the same staff for many of these years. Anne, Mandi, Simon, Laura and Amber are all fantastic. Simon the Director, is always available to sort out any problems or concerns. As well as looking after us, the management must also look after the staff, as they are not continually changing, Mandi has just celebrated 20 years with the company. Thank you!
